  This company is by far the very best at what it does and today 8/9/15 my partner Pete and I met the cherry on the cake! The most experienced ( not just full of it trying to flog us a mattress) but a very knowledgeable, genuine and caring yes caring, don't often find that in shop service today do you.In all of our years of buying mattresses and we're middle age we've never experienced such excellence and quality as we did today thankyou so much Vanessa your customer service is impeccable you are the perfect store manager with the best customer service,so glad your here in Toowoomba. Sleepy's has the best deals, knowing that you can return your mattress after 60 days is awesome, but you know the service in Sleepy's is that bloody good I don't think we will have to exchange our new mattress! at all. Pillows :) yes they even go as far as pillow comfort too, makes sense when you think about it and the pillows perfectly fit you believe me the staff actually check your for spine alignment whilst lying down they really know there stuff people I advise anyone wanting a new mattress to go and see Vanessa and staff at Sleepy's Toowoomba you will kick yourself if you don't I'm telling ya this place is a gold mine of comfort.   My son suffers from Autism and recently we decided to try a new mattress for him to try and give him a better night sleep and help with behavioral problems. On the first night that he slept in the mattress he slept for 13 hours and woke up feeling fresh and telling his mother that he doesn't think we should give away his old mattress because no one would like it. We purchased the Chiro Align 300 by SleepMaker from the Toowoomba store and are happy with our purchase.
